The main room is open plan with rustic terra-cotta tiles on the floor. At one end is the kitchen, fully equipped (+ dishwasher ) with good quality cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery.

At the other end, a living area with a traditional wood-burner, a hi-fi with a selection of cds. On the side of this main area there is a cosy rest room, with a wooden floor, ideal for reading, writing or playing games. Down the corridor you can find the bathroom with a bath/shower and a toilet. And at the end of the corridor the two double bedrooms.

Outside, plenty of fresh and peaceful air to enjoy either in the sun or the shade by the pool or the garden, laying in a deckchair or strolling away on the 20 acres property. Shops and all services down in Cordes at 2 kilometers. Many beautiful villages at proximity. Towns like Albi at 20 minutes drive, Toulouse 1 hour and Carcassonne 2 hours.
